Just fine

Everything has been sailing through quite smoothly for the past few weeks... Grandpa had been discharged from the hospital and we hired a maid from Myanmar to take care of him. The maid is good, hard working and polite. I never really liked having maid around in the past but now, I wouldn't think that way. After all, I'm too busy to wash my own clothes. Hehee... And she always give my ah ma massages.

My shop has been settled since new year and business is quite slow as expected in a new shopping centre. Oh man I really hope that it will pick up soon. Don't want to suffer losses! I'm so busy in the shop all day long and doing retail hours means I don't have much time to go out except at night. Haven't even shopped for my CNY clothes!

On Christmas eve, I went to the Chia's gathering for dinner. Bought turkey and log cake over too. What's Christmas if there isn't any turkey and log cake?

The log cake is super yummy.

After arguing for abit because of my friend's cock up plan, Sheldon and I decided to head down Thumper for Christmas count down.



Everyone was so 'high' when the clock strikes 12! Christmas song was played in the club, people were dancing, hugging and kissing each other merry Christmas. How nice!

On new year eve, we went to rebel. 6 of us opened 2 bottles of Martel which is such a waste of money. Clubs' premium bottle is like almost double of pub's bottles. SINFUL...

DRINK AH!

Went to Navy's commissioning of Stalwart & Supreme last week. Woke up at 5am just for that event and was super tired, hungry and grouchy.

Their march in is so grand, and there's band playing music when each minister came in.
