Rejoiced

For the past 2 months, I have been trying to spread the gospel of Christ to my friend, someone who is very into thailand gods.

When I first shared with him about Jesus, just like others, he appears to be uninterested and is always urging me to stop. Whenever he does that, I'll just stop so not to be irritating or manipulative. But after a few attempts, I aroused his curiosity with questions like-
"Do you really want to believe that after you die, you'll probably be reincarnated and become a pig or something?"
"Do you really think that by burning papers, your ancestor or relatives will receive the money, house, car, now even laptop in hell?"
"Do you really want to go to hell?"
And so, we started debating and argue bout my religion and his in both perspective way and peaceful manner. Over the weeks, he have found what I said to be quite logical and sensible.

Finally, one day, he told me that he have accepted Jesus and prayed about it! God am I over joyed to hear that! Immediately I gave him a bible and some simple books to read on.

Speaking of reincarnation, there's one thing that I do not understand. If everybody is reincarnated from his past life, and that every animal could be a human in their past life, then the population on earth should be of equal amount and always remaining the same including animals, humans, and are insects counted? But anyway, that does not seems to be the case right? the earth population is always increasing. So where does the increasing numbers comes from? Makes sense?

I'm not writing this to insult other's religion. Just that when i try to understand other's religion, I always ponder on their believes that seems so ridiculous to me. So I'm just trying to understand more. That's all.

Thank God for saving my friend~ So happy!
